Do I need to mail in my diploma? 

We understand that your diploma is a very important document you worked hard for so there is no need to mail it in and risk losing it. When you receive your frame you will receive instructions on how to insert your diploma into your frame using an archival hinging tape to make sure your diploma doesn’t get damaged. 

What if I don’t see my school, graduation year, and degree type for my diploma? 

It’s very important you select the correct school, graduation year, and degree type for your diploma to make sure we make the correct size frame for your diploma. If you are unable to select the correct school, graduation year, and degree type for your diploma please reach out to us with the dimensions of your diploma so we can do a manual order for you. 

I see my school name on the “Customize My Diploma Frame” page but not my graduation year or degree type. Should I just select a different graduation year or degree type? 

No, it’s very important we know your correct degree type and graduation year to make the correct frame for you. Many schools have different diploma sizes for their bachelor, masters, and PhD degrees, and sometimes the size of their degrees change. If you are unable to select the correct school, graduation year, and degree type for your diploma please reach out to us with the dimensions of your diploma so we can do a manual order for you. 

Do you offer shipping international shipping? 

Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping (yet!). 

What is your return policy? 

If you’re not happy with your frame just let us know in the first 60 days you receive your frame and we’ll do our best to make everything right or you can return it. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost when returning a frame. 

How long will it take to ship my frame? 

Production generally takes 2-5 business days and orders are shipped from our production facility in Brooklyn. If you have an urgent order just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate a faster production. 

What if I don’t want my frame to ship until I graduate? 

If you want to delay the shipment of your diploma frame until your graduation date just let us know your order number and when you would like us to ship your frame. 

Can you tell me how big my diploma frame will be? 

Sure! Please just send us an email letting us know what frame type you are interested in, as well as your graduation year, school name, and degree type, and we’ll be happy to provide you with what the exact dimensions of your frame will be.
